These registration, abstract and fee details apply to the Light–Matter Symposium.
Abstract Template
Invited/Contributed talks and poster presentations require the submission of a one-page English abstract (in .doc/.docx format). Please specify your preferred presentation format when submitting. The organizing committee will make the final assignment of presentation types based on the number of available invited talk slots.

Accompanying Person
If you plan to bring an accompanying person (family member or guest), please note the following additional charges. These fees help us accurately arrange catering, seating, and transportation for the conference dinner and tour.

Please indicate in the registration form whether your accompanying person will attend the dinner and/or the conference tour, so that we can add the corresponding fees to your total registration amount.
